For all kind of services, please send your request message to Great Angkor Tours through fax, email. We will then propose a suitable itinerary to cater your personal special interest. Or just pick up the Great Angkor Tours’ Tour-Code and have it sent to us. However for being help to speediest our respond faster, we wish to obtain the following information: – Number of People traveling together – Number of rooms (Single Twin) – Hotel specification or category – Arrival departure flight info and other related information.

10% deposit is required upon the booking is confirmed. Reservations will not secure if deposit is not received 2weeks after the confirmation.

Full Payment is required and should be received by Great Angkor Tours a minimum of two weeks prior to the scheduled commencement of the tour. In case your customer and you have to cancel the booking, we must be informed in written notice. Cancellation is considered to accept only after receiving fax, email or written letter from originator. Based on the local suppliers, there is a cancellation charge; however Great Angkor Tours will try best to minimize the charges. Please refer to the below standard policy for your reference: Advance Notice to Scheduled Tour Start-date, Cancellation Fee as % of Total Price 21 – 08 days 25% 07 – 02 days 75% Within 24h or no-show 100%.

All unused tour services can be refund only when apply with cancellation policy. Refund must be present in written to Great Angkor Tours using the same method of communication when process the booking. Normally refund procedure will takes 30days after submission of refund letter.

Sharing room with parents without extra bed will be charged: 50% of adult price.

We ensure you that all arrangements will be satisfactory and we accept liability for failure in service quality as a result of our negligence, or of our employees. Great Angkor Tours is responsible for offering different services requested which are specified in the Tour contract. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly by force mature or other events which are beyond our control, or are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part (such as war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusual climate conditions, acts of Gods, acts of government).
